Q. Do you have to have prior knowledge of CPR to take

this class?

A. No prior knowledge is required

Q. What is the minimum age to take a First Aid, CPR,

AED Class?

A. The minimum age is 13 years old (student must show

competence to complete online training)

Q. What do I need to bring for the class?

A. No equipment is needed from students

Q. Is there an exam required to pass?

A. For First Aid, CPR & AED Class a written exam is NOT

required to pass

**BLS for Healthcare Providers, participants must take a multiple choice exam and pass with a minimum score of 80%

**For all classes, ALL participants will perform and MUST pass

a hands-on skills assessment for certification

Q. How will I receive my certification?

A. After successful completion of course, students will

receive their certification card (printed or digital) immediately

Q. Can training be provided in a private home?

A. Yes, I'll bring the class to you. All training equipment will be

provided.

Q. What specifics are required for private home classes?

A. No interruptions from non-students. Adequate floor space for

skills assessment and practice. Adequate area for viewing

review video. COVID-19 precautions MUST be adhered to

(mask wearing, hand-hygiene, social distancing).

Q. Can training be provided at a business/commercial

location?

A. Yes, I'll bring the class to you, all training equipment is

provided

Q. What specifics are required at the location?

A. Business/commercial locations must provide a well-lit, large

meeting area with tables, chairs, and adequate floor space to

accommodate up to 10 people for adequate COVID-19

social distancing, a large T.V. (with HDMI connectivity)

for all students to view easily

**Meeting room must be separate from common areas

accessible to visitors***

Q. What is the minimum number of students

required for on-site group classes?

A. The minimum number of students required for on-site

group class is two (2)

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. All credit cards. An invoice will be sent via Square

**Will Accept Cashiers Check from Businesses, Churches,

or Schools ONLY***

Q. What is the RETURN policy?

A. NO refund for classes cancelled by student. Class can be

rescheduled for the next available date.

A. 100% refund (minus service charge) for classes cancelled by

the instructor. Exceptions are: severe inclement weather, natural

disaster, or imminent danger in immediate area (class will be

rescheduled).
